The project involved 55 two-story townhouses & 20 mid rise apartments, with the first floor of the townhouses prefabricated and painted in Henderson & remaining scope in South Hedland.

The scope of work included:

• Internal & external paint finishes
• Roll-on textured finishes
• Challenging programme requiring extended hours & 7 day working week
